• Your name, business email address, WhatsApp number, phone number, company details, and country or region.

• Messages and records created when you communicate with us by email, phone, or WhatsApp.

Our website and service providers may also process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the service, such as an IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, requested pages, and security logs.

We use information for purposes connected with our B2B relationship, including to:

• Review and respond to quotation requests and product questions.
• Assess customization, production, sampling, packaging, quality, and delivery requirements.

4. How inquiry forms and email delivery work

When you submit a website form, the form data and any permitted attachment are transmitted through a Cloudflare Worker used by DOMI. The inquiry is then delivered by Resend to DOMI's business mailbox. Our mailbox service is provided by NetEase. These providers may process technical and message data only as needed to provide their respective services and maintain security.

Please do not upload sensitive personal information, payment-card information, passwords, confidential third-party material, or files that you are not authorized to share.

5. Sharing and international processing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that support website delivery, email, communication, security, storage, professional advice, or order administration. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a business reorganization.

DOMI is based in China and some service providers may operate in other countries or regions. Your information may therefore be processed outside the country where you are located. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate contractual, organizational, or other safeguards.

6. Retention

We generally retain website inquiries, related correspondence, and uploaded files for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. We may retain information for longer when it becomes part of an order or contract, when law requires a longer period, or when necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Technical and security logs may follow shorter provider-specific retention periods.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe information submitted to us may be at risk, contact us promptly.

9. Cookies and analytics

With your permission, DOMI uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic, page usage, referral sources, and whether a quotation form was successfully submitted. Google Analytics is not loaded until you select “Accept analytics.” If you decline, the analytics tag is not loaded. You can reopen the choice at any time using “Cookie choices” in the website footer.

When enabled, Google Analytics may process information such as page URLs, approximate location derived from an IP address, browser and device information, referral source, and interaction events. We do not send the name, email address, phone number, message, or uploaded file from a quotation form to Google Analytics. DOMI does not currently use advertising cookies on this website.

10. Children and external links

This is a B2B website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. The website may contain links to third-party websites or services; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
