Ready-stock projects use an existing product with limited branding or packaging changes. Semi-custom projects use an existing frame platform with changes such as color, lens, logo or packaging. Full-custom projects may involve a new product design, tooling and additional sample approval.
What are the reference MOQ and production times?+
Ready-stock projects start from 100 pairs and generally take 5–10 calendar days. Semi-custom projects start from 300 pairs and generally take 20–30 calendar days. Full-custom projects start from 2,000 pairs and generally take 40–60 calendar days. Production time is counted from receipt of the 30% deposit and excludes international shipping. Final MOQ and timing are confirmed in the quotation.
Can I request samples before bulk production?+
Up to five available stock samples can be provided free of charge, with freight paid by the buyer. A custom-logo sample is generally free, and the usual sample period is 5–10 days. The final arrangement depends on the selected product and project requirements.
How does DOMI control quality?+
The product specifications, artwork and applicable sample are confirmed before production. Key product and branding details are reviewed during production, followed by a final inspection of quantity, appearance and packing.
What information is needed for a quotation?+
Please provide the intended use, reference product or image, estimated quantity, required arrival date, destination country, logo file, color requirements and packaging needs.
