Website terms
Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the DOMI website. Product orders remain subject to the quotation, order confirmation, specifications, approvals, and other terms agreed for the specific project.
Effective and last updated: August 9, 2026
1. Website operator and acceptance
This website is operated by Linhai City Domi Eyewear Co., Ltd., located at Fenxi Intersection Zone, Duqiao Town, Linhai, Zhejiang Province, China. By using the website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. B2B information, not a binding offer
The website is intended for business buyers seeking eyewear manufacturing, customization, or bulk supply. Website content is general information and does not constitute a binding offer, warranty, or commitment to manufacture or deliver any product.
Product availability, specifications, materials, colors, minimum order quantities, sampling, prices, tooling, lead times, packaging, testing, shipping, and payment terms must be confirmed for each project. If website content differs from an accepted quotation, order confirmation, approved sample, approved drawing, specification, or signed agreement, the project-specific document controls.
3. Requests for quotation
Submitting a form or sending an inquiry does not create a contract or require DOMI to accept an order. A quotation may be revised or withdrawn until both parties reach a written agreement. A binding order exists only when the applicable commercial and technical terms have been confirmed through the agreed process.
You are responsible for providing accurate project information and promptly reviewing specifications, artwork, samples, and approval requests. Changes or delays in your approvals may affect price, feasibility, or timing.
4. Artwork, designs, and other submissions
You retain ownership of material that you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary for DOMI and its service providers to review and use that material for evaluating, quoting, sampling, producing, and administering your requested project.
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or harmful content. DOMI may decline a request or remove submitted material when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, security, or third parties. Confidentiality obligations beyond ordinary inquiry handling must be agreed in writing.
5. Website intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website's text, layout, graphics, brand elements, and original media are owned by or licensed to DOMI. You may view and download reasonable portions for internal purchasing evaluation. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape at scale, or use the content to misrepresent a relationship with DOMI without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the website to:
- Break applicable law or infringe another person's rights.
- Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access, interference, automated abuse, or security testing without permission.
- Submit false contact information, impersonate another person, or send spam.
- Use website content or inquiry tools in a way that could damage DOMI, its providers, or other users.
7. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but content may contain errors or become outdated. We may change or remove website content and may suspend access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. The website is provided on an "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Third-party services and links
The website may rely on or link to third-party services. DOMI does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, or separate terms and privacy practices.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability connected with a product order is governed by the applicable project-specific agreement.
10. Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
