Choose a visible campaign position or a more discreet brand detail. Available space and application method are confirmed against the selected sunglasses model.

Outer Temple
A visible placement for brand names, campaign marks and repeat-order programs.

Inner Temple
A discreet area for secondary branding, product details or internal program information.

Lens
Suitable for selected lens-printing and pinhole-style projects after product review.

Temple Tip
A compact branding position for small marks when the product structure allows it.

Full Frame
Extend approved graphics or patterns across a larger frame or temple surface.

Logo-Shaped Frame
Develop a new frame mold around the customer’s logo shape for a fully customized branded design.
LOGO APPLICATION METHODS
Choose the Finish That Fits the Product
The same artwork can require a different production method on another frame material or surface. These five routes cover DOMI’s main custom logo options.

Straight temple areas · Simple color artwork
Screen Printing
A practical choice for common single- or few-color logos, mainly on suitable temple surfaces.

Curved areas · Compact brand marks
Pad Printing
Used for smaller or curved logo areas where the selected product needs a more adaptable print transfer.

Multi-color artwork · Larger graphic coverage
Heat Transfer
Supports colorful, gradient or more complex graphics across an approved frame or temple surface.

Bamboo or wood · Engraveable parts
Laser Engraving
Creates an engraved finish on bamboo, wood and other components confirmed as suitable for the process.

Premium details · Inlaid brand marks
Metal Logo
Uses a metal decorative or inlaid brand mark when the frame design and assembly route support it.

REAL FULL-CUSTOM CASE
See How a Client Logo Became the Frame Itself
A Japanese customer supplied an original logo-shaped sunglasses drawing. DOMI completed two drawing revisions, a physical 3D prototype, new tooling, a molded-sample approval and third-party inspection before producing approximately 10,000 pairs.

Upload Logo for ReviewWhere can a logo be placed on sunglasses?
Common positions include the outer temple, inner temple, lens, temple tip and larger frame surfaces. The final placement depends on the selected product and the available print or assembly area.
Which logo method should I choose?
The right method depends on the product material, logo size, number of colors, surface shape and desired appearance. DOMI reviews these details before recommending screen printing, pad printing, heat transfer, laser engraving or a metal logo.
What logo files can I send?
AI, EPS, SVG and vector PDF files are preferred. PNG and JPG files can also be reviewed, although low-resolution artwork may need to be recreated before sampling.
Can I approve a sample before bulk production?
Yes. The logo position and appearance are confirmed through an approved custom sample or agreed reference before bulk production.
What is the MOQ for custom logo sunglasses?
MOQ depends on whether the project uses an existing product, semi-custom route or full-custom development. Existing-product logo orders can start from 100 pairs, subject to the selected model and logo method.
